Technical Support - Spain and Italy (all genders)

Location: Preferably Vienna or you live in Germany, Austria, Spain or Italy with a valid work permit
Language requirements: Full professional Spanish, Italian and English - to apply please send your CV in English
Experience requirements: 2 years in technical customer support, sales or similar areas with both Spanish and Italian market
Gross salary range: 30k - 49k/Year 
Employment type: full time according to local labor law, no freelancing

The Role: As a Customer Success Manager at fiskaly, you are not only the first point of contact for technical questions from our customers, you are also solution-oriented and eager to learn. You answer support tickets, reproduce errors and create helpful guides and FAQ articles. You will take part in technical kick-off calls and immerse yourself in a working environment that combines daily learning with fun and adventure.

Your Responsibilities

  •  Main interface: You will learn to act as a bridge between our customers and the Sales and Development Teams. Your influence is crucial to our success
  • Technical expertise: You will regularly analyze and communicate specific technical requests from our customers. Besides others, a typical task for you will be to create documentation materials together with your team colleagues. 
  • Development and specialization: While you help shaping our self-service solution and document customer-specific requests, you will have the opportunity to develop according to your interests and strengths
  • Dynamic working environment: Our scale-up environment constantly offers new challenges and allows you to actively shape your own career path. Boredom is a foreign word with us
